LUX PROFFS is specially designed for public buildings such as multi-home buildings, schools, industrial buildings and hospitals and meets extreme safety and performance requirements. The strong loft ladder is supplied as standard with a 3 or 4-section aluminium ladder, hatch and integrated liner of steel which complies with fire standard EI60 (fire resistant for 60 minutes).
Available in two hatch sizes: 606mm x 1136mm and 736mm x 1436mm.
Hatches and standard ladders are available in two sizes for both models. U-value of 0.61.
